Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24 hours of placement on working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST are processed the next working day.
Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver to most pincodes across India. Enter your pincode at checkout to check delivery availability. Delivery is not currently available to some remote or restricted areas.
Serviceable States (Standard): Maharashtra, Gujarat, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Delhi NCR, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and most other Indian states.
Packaging
All orders are packed in tamper-proof, weather-resistant packaging to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. Temperature-sensitive products are shipped with appropriate cold-chain packaging.
Prescription Products
Orders for prescription (Rx) medicines require a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner. After placing your order, our pharmacist team will contact you to collect the prescription. Shipping is initiated only after prescription verification.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with a tracking ID and link. You can use this to track your shipment in real time through our logistics partner's portal.
Delays & Force Majeure
While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, Ace Pharma is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, logistics partner disruptions, or other force majeure events. We will notify you proactively of any known delays.
