Yes, absolutely. All products sold on Ace Pharma are 100% genuine, sourced directly from licensed manufacturers or authorised distributors. We are ISO/WHO-GMP certified and every batch is quality-tested before dispatch.
Prescription (Rx) products require a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner. After placing your order, our pharmacist team will contact you to collect and verify the prescription. OTC (over-the-counter) products can be ordered without a prescription.
Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days. Express delivery (1–2 days) is available for select pincodes in Pune and Mumbai. Orders are processed within 24 hours on working days.
We accept returns for eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Prescription medicines, temperature-sensitive products, and opened personal care items are non-returnable. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval.
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available for all non-prescription orders across our serviceable pincodes. Online payment via card and UPI will be available soon.
